OOOH!! I LOVE those actually. My old trainer would have me throw it up to like a 'target', crouch down, then jump back up and throw it again! I had a lot of fun with it because it was like a game.

I got a lot of upper body workouts I'm doing! :D I just wasn't sure if they were okay for 'warmups' on their own. I'm used to doing the stair machine or treadmill to get my heart rate up before my standard routine!
