I drew this last summer to see how these two would've looked like if I didn't simplify everything I could and cut every corner to make pages faster to draw...
The Prince and the Ruffian Text says: Thank you for reading❤️ It's Horror and Sans again except in their more detailed, more og designs, where Horror has his fish hook ornament, old scars all over his body and rips in his fins. Sans has the cute blue scale things scattered all over his skeleton part. Their bodies glow in their signature red and blue colours. They'll never appear like this in my comics because it'd slow down the drawing process significantly, this particular comic would've taken me years in this style. Horror is circling Sans' head, holding his hand to plant a kiss on his wrist. They both look happy.

BONUS PAGE! What was learned after that hassle and a half:
Two months later Killer and Horror are swimming on the surface of the ocean at daytime. Killer: Horror! Look! I caught your fav! Horror: ? Thanks. Killer has found a tiny turtle and passes it to Horror's hand. The turtle meeps in panic. Horror takes a long contemplative look at the turtle in his hand. The tiny thing is coloured exactly like the turtle Horror ate in one chomp in my previous comic, so it's likely its baby. Horror: hmmmmmmmm... Killer: ..aren't you gonna eat it? Horror: ...nah. Horror throws the turtle away, letting it go unscathed. It goes with an "eeeep!" Horror: When it comes to turtles, I've had something way tastier... Horror means Sans' eggs he got to eat. Killer: WHAAAAT!!! Killer thinks about Sans on his back, begging for Horror's tongue. Killer: You got to tell us that story! Horror: heh heh, maybe one day...

Having been freed by the fact that Nightmare is more interesting than him, Sans turns around, happy to oblige Nightmare. Sans: welp! I can take a hint, seeya some other time-- He's interrupted by Horror coming over and planting a sweet kiss on his cheek. Horror: hey, I had a lot of fun. So let me know, if you want to go again. Horror swims away without expecting a reply, leaving a warm feeling to Sans' chest. Sans touches the place Horror kissed and "heh"s one more time before leaving. Sans swims towards the lighter waters, the voices of the shiver sending him off. Horror: hm, what's this? You skipped grooming while I was away? Dust: ...nnno..? Horror: Come here. Dust, Killer, Dream and Cross: Aaaaaaaaaa! Nightmare: hehe... The End!

Meanwhile the rest of the mersharks have forced Sans on his back. Cross is fascinated and playing with Sans' tail that Sans tries to move out harm's way by wagging it. Killer has wrapped his tail around a front flipper, and sunk his teeth to it, growling happily. Dust is resting on Sans' chest, pinning him down and interrogating him. Sans has his hands up in surrender. Dust: Did you kiss? Sans: no comment! Dust: Did you like it? Sans: no comment! Dust: Did he do the tongue thing? Sans: n-no comment! Dream sits prettily on a rock near Sans' head, amused by the happenings. Dream: Hurting their feelings counts too! Be careful! Nightmare: Sans. Nightmare has arrived, sitting on his new chair, floating higher than Sans, thus winning the one-sided conflict he started on the first page of this comic. He's wrapped part of his tentacles like crossed legs, some are up for show at his back, and some under him, holding a rock so he wont float away. One of his hands is scritching Horror's head, other he's leaning into, appearing very much in control and nonchalant about the situation. Horror purrs, happy for the scritches. Nightmare: You have returned what's ours, and in good health. If that was all, then shoo. Scuttle along then. Leave my territory. Killer has stopped biting the flipper to have a proper look at Nightmare. Killer: wow boss, so cool! Dust, Cross and Sans are also looking at the magnificent, interesting display. Off screen, Dream is too. All eyes are on the master of the territory. Sans: oh, wow.

Horror pulls from the seaweed bag one of the plastic garden chairs that were on the pier he visited when Sans was prepping for the egg laying. Horror: Ta-dah! The legged REALLY love sitting on these things! Nightmare: Is that so? Let me try it. Nighmare gingerly sits on it. Nightmare: So like this..? The chair immediately tries to float back to the surface as Horror lets go of it. Nightmare: Whoah! So floaty... .. did Sans see this? Horror: Nope! Nightmare: Excellent! Let's go see him off.

Horror rubs their cheeks together in an enthusiastic greeting, sending Nightmare's tears all over. Nightmare's tentacles are already checking his body for injuries and also pat Horror's head. Just holding Horror in his arms is clearly not enough. Horror: I'm back, Nightmare! Nightmare: O-of course you are! Why even leave! Horror: Because the best part.. is coming back home... They press their foreheads together. Nightmare: It better be! Horror: It always is! They share a sweet kiss. Until Nightmare pushes Horror away with his tentacle and arms and grimaces. Nightmare: ugh, you taste like Sans! Horror: Oh! So you've kissed him too? Nightmare falls immediately silent, looking away and pouting. Horror gives a big smile at this juicy discovery. Horror: ... hehe! Nightmare: ..Why is your bag floating? Horror: I brought you a souvenir!

Horror superswims to the dark crevice Nightmare was sitting in last time he saw him. He stops and peeks down, at the very bottom of it there's Nightmare in his small form, tentacles curled up and back hunched over. The sea current in the horizon has changed. Nigthmare: You have returned to me. So here I am, as promised. Nightmare is hiding his trembling hands from Horror. Nightmare: small.. pathe-- Horror: Nightmare!!! Nightmare: ack! Horror glomp-tackles Nightmare from behind. Nightmare's tentacle curls unwind.

Dream: ohhh.. so it isn't permanent..? Sans: nope! it'll wear out in a week or two. I trust you two to keep him safe until then. so... can you stop choking me now..? Dream: Haha! No. During all this talk Horror has been dealing the greeting cheek rubs to all his shark mates, pinning all three to the ground. Horror turns to look at Dream and Sans with a smile. Horror: I think Sans is leaving soon, so go give him hell. I'll bring Nightmare. Hearing this, Killer, Dust and Cross peek curiously at Sans, Killer's already giggling at what he'll do to the merturtle. Killer: Hey, flippers! Sans: wha-- Killer: catch this!! Sans: ack! Horror holds to his floaty seaweed bag, watching with a smile as all his mates approach Sans.
