THIS is the frame that shows definitely that the ICE agent was not struck by the car. He cleanly stepped to the left, both feet clearing the vehicle. He LEANED over the hood of the car to line up the first shot.

Frame-by-frame analysis shows the ICE murderer WAS NOT hit by the car. Position of his feet show he cleared the vehicle BEFORE firing and leaned over the hood to fire the first shot through the front windshield. He is then seen running after the vehicle to fire again.

The pivotal question for me is: WHY was the ICE agent was in front of Renee's car at all? When he saw his fellow agents approach the vehicle, proper training would have dictated him to MOVE HIS ASS because suspects can flee. He didn't move because he was busy farming TikTok views on his phone.
