That definitely looks like a take 2 on Knock Out. The Legacy one was just such a disappointment.

In all honesty it does surprise me that Jalopy is put in at 2 of the ten compared to Sureshot or Quickstrike. Not that I dislike Jalopy, but that fact that he's just Axlegrease in the Junkion colorway makes him a pretty easy pass for toy collectors, a better pick for kiddos.

We can learn from the past to inform the future but it relies on a modern perspective and understanding of pros and cons to effectively make changes!

To be fair, tourist railroads and railroad museums generally don't encourage radical thought either. From my experience they tend to do the opposite. Historic preservation often encourages romanticism of the past and trad values. Tho trains tend to be a touch more polarized from my experience.

For a lot of them, I think it's because they view tourist railroads and museums as eyesores. They think that no one wants to come rolling through their town and see some dingy little train hauling dilapidated coaches instead of seeing these museums and rides as attractions.
