We’ve been here before! I have a simple enquiry which seems to be difficult to resolve due to a shortage of staff at Octopus.

I’ve reached the weekend with no practical support whatsoever. Warm words no more. My urgent request for support has been outstanding since Xmas eve and is a repeat of a request made last year. Not a happy bunny….

If you run a heat pump to cool one of the likely effects is condensation on the pipe work and rads which isn’t desirable.
