It was more like an extrapolation, since Brussels is called the capital or the heart of Europe. Not officially, but most EU business is done in BXL.

In my country, people have an average of 26 - 30 paid leave days, for which they are being paid double (to provide for a holiday budget). Far from me to say everything's great here, but having no paid leave at all would be unimaginable to folks.

Telling people the economy is great, when they have to struggle to make it through the month, does not work. It gets people angry.

On one hand, brave young people who stand up for their neighbours. On the other hand masked, armed and racist good for nothings wasting tons of taxpayer money playing imaginary war games. How will history books depict this, one can ask himself.
