Some folks don't realize that the term "sex-based rights" is brand new. But the idea is much older that rights should be apportioned differently based on sex class. We call that institution "the patriarchy", and opposition to sex-based rights is called "feminism".

Yes- and: even if antagonistic debate worked like people with a tenuous understanding of philosophy think it works, it would still require consent.
Just like running up and punching a stranger isn't a boxing match, starting an argument with a stranger isn't a debate.

So, uh. This understanding of "debate" is based on a bastardized version of Socratic dialogue which presumed that the end of dialogue or debate is victory, rather than seeking the truth. This "dialogue as interpreted" presumes that whomever "wins" has the truest argument.
