holiday season always reels me back in when they all switch their formats to various silly/esoteric xmas music programming but I do still give cbc radio a little time via the app... I used to put on ici musique a lot, they were really solid (hopefully still are but I've fallen off)

growing up here did you ever go to Birdman in Ottawa? I forget if I got it there or what I got there but I remember it being a good spot... also this ottawa mall that still had a used record shop into the 00s... passed thru montreal once briefly in my youth but no record shopping that I can recall
