Hubs is a combat infantry vet, as well as an FDNY 9/11 first responder. He sees this stuff and just shakes his head and says, “I feel like my whole life was a waste.” It’s hard to know how to comfort him.

Closest I got this weekend was the mountains of Northern Arizona and some jammie dodgers from World Market. It will do for now.
