Of course, free concerts where the lineup are all Ridgewood indie artists and not a single reggaetón musician are going to turn out the Latino vote. Other than that one ad in Spanish, Zohran made no effort to reach Latinos in a very Latino city. Why was he in Dimes Square and not Toñitas?

Of course, free concerts where the lineup are all Ridgewood indie artists and not a single reggaetón musician are going to turn out the Latino vote. Other than that one ad in Spanish, Zohran made no effort to reach Latinos in a very Latino city. Why was he in Dimes Square and not Toñitas?
