People criticizing Starfleet Academy for having a female presenting Gem Hadar are too rigid in their thinking..
They are in the 32nd century in that show.. There's probably been a lot of advancement in biology especially for a species that is artificial and needed change to keep thriving

I liked the first episode of Starfleet Academy more than I thought I would. I'm not a huge fan of the newest uniforms but everything else is great especially the interior design Star Trek has had impeccable interior design and I like what I'm seeing here especially with the Japanese influenced motif

I liked the first episode of Starfleet Academy more than I thought I would. One thing I like about Starfleet Academy has trees aboard the Starship.. Reminds me of the faux cherry tree I have in the Kama Arcade! 💜☺️🖖🏻🕹️🌸

An interesting thing about rewatching Star Trek TOS 1x22 Space Seed these days is in the 1960's, the 90's was about 30 years in the future and in the show it was in the past but now it's in the past for both the show and IRL haha

When I was younger I took beige computer gear for granted and it was out of fashion to me but now I'd like to bring it back like I'd like to even paint my flat panel monitors that color especially the ones that are used as computer monitors and are out of warranty, 😅💜🖥️

It's really sad seeing people.. often gay men claim they want to "divorse" the TQIA from LGBTQIA because they have a beef with the T and have fallen into the same sort of prejudice that the worst people have.. They also claim to be conservative

With this style of retro mechanical keyboard it's easy to see how grody a keyboard gets under the keys.. I cleaned it as best as I can short of removing all the keycaps first.. 😅💜🖥️

There's lots of good responses to this and I'd also add that a person might deep down want those things and may eventually pursue them but they may not have fully come out to themselves or others because of extreme prejudice and lack of information and even contact with other queer people.

Another cyberpunk film with a wonderful Dolby Atmos track is the original Ghost in The Shell movie from 1995! It's well mixed to make use of the additional overhead channels! Such a pleasure to listen to this film especially with the OST remixed in Atmos and things like helicopters flying overhead.

I totally tend to just shut off the attract mode sounds in the arcade so that they don't have to be heard while I am doing things like watching videos but I wouldn't mind if they were all like Atari Primal Rage and offered separate volume control for the attract mode and game mode..
