According to The Washington Post, the boat strike initially left two survivors. A second strike was reportedly ordered to comply with Hegseth's directive.

Wow, I have been posting this same thought, Matthew. And why did the White House Correspondents' Assoc. not put out a statement? No one defended this reporter for doing her job and asking a perfectly fair and legitimate question.
