I'm not going to retire my charity games once the month is up, although I will have to go back to providing for myself by running games for a bit.

Anyway, here's the reason I hire wonderful artists like @sakurarose.bsky.social, @makiokuta.bsky.social and @quodvide.bsky.social to do my art.
An incredibly shitty MSpaint picture saved as "this is why i hired you OK", featuring a shitty MSpaint layout for a faux VHS cover of the Orbital Knights original valor adventure (because it's an OVA do you get it). The top has a black background (stars will be added in post) with two shitty blobs of color that could be starships, I guess? and the title ORBITAL KNIGHTS, Part 6: The Edriani Offensive in eyesearing orange instead of the proper gold. Below them are the legends (other pilots faces go here) above a crude picture of protagonist Isaac "Threepoint" in his cockpit with hands on two joystick gauntlet things, and (faceless Drak minions go here) above the dastardly Lord Captain Umbraj Vek'Abhel in his motion capture golf ball suit in a cockpit. Underneath them is a paint bucket fill of rusty red to represent a mars-like planet with a crude domed city full of blue sky, an arcology in grey with little yellow lights in windows, and grass to touch; under their pilots are literal cutouts of Isaac's Chevalier and Umbraj's Ouroboros, taken from another document, the Oroborous obviously mirrored horizontally because the text pointing out the subsytestems is backwards. THIS IS WHY I HIRE ARTISTS. A shitty MSPaint document labeled "This Is Why I Hired You NRF" with shitty black and white doodles of the Nightmare Rousers and their foes. At the bottom are gathered the main five members of Nightmare Rouser Faye's court, with Faye herself in the center with a crescent moon staff that may have been pinched from Usagi in a later season, flanked from left to right by Iris, April, Rachel and Dana; the only spots of color are their henshin jewels. Above them striking a gay little pose are the Monsters Of The Week, hamadryands Pistil and Stamen, differentiated by crude tertiary sexual characterstics and doing a gay little dance that may be a threat display. Above them clashing broadsword against rapier is Xander Jaquays, the Moontouched Knight, baring fangs against Marquise Faeore of the Wintermarches of Faerie. The title is "Nightmare Rouser Faye: Say It With Flowers (collecting Episodes 11-12" because I never tire of the OVA - Original Valor Adventure pun. THIS IS WHY I HIRE ARTISTS

I have gotten the most fanart of Hannah Riggle's OC that I canonized with her permission into The Wonders of Mundus, Ace Striker. Looking at her, it's easy to see why, though her acerbic attitude and status as the girl who broke Deedee's shell helps.

A turnaround of protagonist Deedee Yeowoo, a deeply closeted trans girl who got her egg cracked by waking up as this: A tall, ripped three-tailed foxgirl with an hourglass figure, healing powers, and martial arts skills (hence the Shaolin-ass robes.) A turnaround of Hikaru Aozora, transmasculine pixie wizard, who is not at all happy about waking up as a cleanshaven neotenic flying potato. The phenominal cosmic powers over fire, ice and lightning are pretty neat though. Turnaround of 24 hour party rogue Sekhmet Clanclan, Deedee's roommate in life, now a nyanbinary catgirl who just came out to attack people and is honestly having a great time. Beats the hell out of lunch rush at the Tote-Em-Snax convenience store, that's for sure. Turnaround of fearless leader Alesha Herezhade, Paladin of the goddess Aurora, who is not happy about her daughter also being online when she woke up like this and wants to find her and escape back to Earth with her. A beautiful elegant Black knight in shining armor with a weakness for rescuing damsels in distress (Deedee hopes she's damsels.)
