WARNING: A*SAULT AND SA •On the night of Wednesday,January 21,2026 into the morning of January 22,2026 I was assaulted. I was drugged at a local bar by a man I had met that night while having a drink there.I had never met this man before that night. He introduced himself as “Art.” That is all I knew.•I came to inside my house,covered in blood and gasping for air - missing 8 hours of memory. The last thing I remember is this man getting near my drink and asking me to go to his Airbnb that was close to the bar.•I spent all of Thursday,January 22,2026 in the ER. I am extremely lucky I did not have a brain bleed or more extensive injuries. My injuries all match having either falling unconscious and hitting the ground or being pushed and falling unconscious. But from what medical professionals could tell,it was an unconscious fall because I have no injuries showing I tried to protect myself from it.•Trying to piece together what happened to me and who this man was,I came to learn that this man’s name is Art Santana. When I tried to find him on social media,I was unable to. The message “the profile you’re looking for doesn’t exist.” Other people were able to find him,but not me. This is a direct indication that he had already blocked me on here. He also blocked my business account. •I also discovered that he is a known sexual predator in Portland and this has been known about him for a decade. He is banned from the entire pinball community,the arcade Ground Kontrol,as well as several other establishments around Portland. He may also have been fired from two jobs for this predatory behavior.I have,at this moment,two confirmations from other people that he SA’ed them.•This post is specifically to get word out to the Portland community of what happened to me and to let others know their safety may be at risk around this man. Thank you to everyone who spoke at city council on Monday and let councilors know that we need action protecting us from ICE now. Email your councilors and tell them you have demands:• End DPD collaboration with ICE, CBP, and HSI • Ban 287g agreements with HSI and pass an ordinance banning building sharing with homeland security. • Pass a resolution of non-collaboration and not just non-binding language buried in DPD policy manual that states DPD does not assist in nor conduct Immigration Enforcement. • Reverse the city of Duluth contract with “FLOCK SAFETY” that was approved via a Resolution 25-0703R on September 8th, 2025 and to disable existing ALPR license plate readers that share data with federal agencies.  • End city contract with LexisNexis • Prohibit ICE/CBP/HSI from staging on public property  • Codify constitutional rights to protest and observe ICE activities without DPD interference in a city ordinance  • Don’t allow ICE to detain people in city/county jails • We call upon our city government to sign onto this petition to prevent Douglas County Jail in Superior, WI from being utilized as a local regional ICE/HSI detention center and pass a resolution condemning Federal agencies use of the facility.  • Develop a hotline for submitting evidence of human rights abuses by ICE/CBP/HSI • Require prosecution when there are clear 4th amendment violations  • Prohibit detainment of any person by ICE within city limits without a judicial warrant • Require DPD to protect individuals from kidnapping by ICE in the same manner they would be protected from kidnapping by private citizens • Pass an Eviction Moratorium so our vulnerable communities may safely stay home from work. • Ban ICE from entering city offices and other non-public spaces without a judicial warrant. • Establish a city task force aimed at creating policy recommendations to protect citizens from ICE and coordinating know your rights trainings for citizens and loc
