Not for a Pacifica, they're around $200.
1.5hr isn't bad, the maniverter is only like 6 bolts. If not in the rust belt, its an easy job.

PS warranty labor time is 1.3 hours, I wouldn't pay more than 1.5 plus diagnostics. Which, if you told them it was the starter, should be $0.
