Taiwan’s birthrate crisis won’t be fixed with economic incentives alone which is the same in other countries. Bigger thinking is needed including looking at the social structure. Taiwan can become different when more immigrants are needed requiring higher salaries.

This isn’t just a ‘war of words’ between China and Japan. It’s Japan officially acknowledging that Taiwan = Tokyo’s red-line, and China testing it.
