Redoing the homelab again. XCP-ng seems pretty great, but not quite meant for my homelab.

Creating documentation that less technical people can use, makes it easier for me to remember and understand what I’m doing. Plus, the next time I do something I don’t have to research it again and waste my time! (Watching chess videos and writing documentation for my XCP-NG home lab)

Overhauling my home lab. Trying out XCP-ng and Xen Orchestra. Then moving over to a Ruckus PoE switch from my Ubiquiti Edgeswitch. Next will be building a new AD environment, going through CIS hardening, and getting an Azure/Entra ID tenant setup.

A couple of my co-workers and I went in on a Breville espresso machine at work. It sits on my workbench/table and has been a really fantastic tool to invite other co-workers over for a drink or teach them a coffee workflow.

I am terrible at frothing milk and latte art but it’s fun and tastes great!
