His DTLA Disney Concert Hall has the steepest nosebleed seats I've ever crept up. Great acoustics in the venue, though, and it is lovely and warmly wooden inside, contrasting with the cold swoopy shiny metal outside.

The best part of Thanksgiving is the soup afterwards. I slow-cooked he carcass for 24 hours for broth and just cooked the noodles, carrots and celery and added the meat from the slow cook. Holy shnikeys, it's delicious. Only wish there was more!

Made Thanksgiving dinner Saturday, my hubband's 1st day off. The carcass is finishing off 24 hours of slow cooking to make broth to turn into Turkey Noodle Soup and it already smells amazing in here. Added celery/carrots/onion/herbs for the last 2 hours. I love cooking soups from scratch. 💜

Just watched "Materialists" on HBO. (I sees Pedro Pascal, I clicks.) It was a really smart script with great dialogues/monologues. A slow-burn rom-com with teeth. I liked it even though Reddit hated it and though I usually find Dakota Johnson unlikeable, her unlikability worked for me in this.
