And Mama or Shin tom yum with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, shrimp, cilantro + a dash of lime juice

Personally I love Shin ramen (original/seafood/kimchi) with some tofu + mushrooms + broccoli or bok choy

And various Buldak ramen flavors (curry was my fave but I heard it's been discontinued 😭) with quorn or tofu + stir fried veggies (broccoli + carrot + soybeans is my fave combo)
