I thought I’d introduce Freya, my Romanian rescue. Now enjoying the moors and beaches of Devon! My daughter moved to New Zealand with her family years ago and then her son, my grandson, married an American girl. They live in Arkansas and now I have a great granddaughter. It’s a small world really.

Just heard Keir Starmer saying on PMQs that the best way to reduce fuel bills is to increase clean energy by 2030. But what about those of us pensioners who might not be around then? Do we have to freeze for the next 5 years or die off to reduce the £2b black hole?
