Russian pushups today for a brutal core finisher. I didn’t even get thru 3 sets of 6. Kept favoring my right side; go figure. This was the 1st set. Added bike crunches too but whatever. Try it! #trainforhealth #trainforjustice #fitafter40 #fitnesssky #fitness #strokesurvivor #cpt
