it’s so hard finding "good" news or to hear about something positive or just wholesome happening these days. i’m able to practice gratitude on a smaller scale, like my own life stuff, but like what are some positive things happening in the world right now?

i’m empathetic to a fault… today my alphabet soup spelled ow and i almost cried thinking about how i was hurting it by eating it and how it probably has a family waiting for it at home.
