I was surprised how much I enjoyed this movie. It doesn't all cohere, as you mention, and I certainly don't think it's a great movie but I was sufficiently charmed by it.

Yes!! My favorite Clooney performance is actually The Descendants. He's not exactly a moron in that movie but he is kind of a sad sack. And he's great. Just great.

I do feel like there's a thru line between the departure of Dan Rooney and the deterioration of the Steelers but this game has made me too apathetic to look it up. 🙂
