I'm going to second Fields of Mistria, altho that's still in EA.
Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is pretty fun too. It can feel rushed, but you do have all the time in the world.
Not entirely cozy per se, but I really love My Time At Sandrock. It's a very long game.

i'd just like to say that motion sickness is very *very* common and i am not going to be the only one who will get surprise sick in the literal first minute of the game
