Day 2 of finding beauty in little things. I didn't go out for a walk today, but I did go to see my doctor to discuss my MH & found this little flower in a bush on the way there. I thought it was pretty, especially as all the others around it had died 💜

Instead of staying in bed all morning/afternoon, I left the house again. I went out for breakfast, did some shopping & stopped at my local lake.

So here's day 1 of taking a picture of something I find beauty in 💜 I can't promise I will do this every single day, but it's a start 💜

Mental health walk 💜 this is probably the first time I have left the house on my own in the past 3 months, my anxiety is through the roof, but I'm doing it. Sometimes, admitting that you're not okay out loud is the first step to getting the help you need 💜
