Funny enuff, that attitude has gotten people storebans from friends off similar.. gift or super discounted item. Glad you stand your ground with that nonsense!

Another question is.. how much have they really spent at your shop?.. cause I've heard similar stories from friends who then find out the person only ever bought the product they are being rude over.

That little murderous kitten must be stopped! .. One of my wonderful FC folks threatened her and she coughed up a few lines for me in the weeks to come ;)
