In this project, we profiled a site saturated library of BRCT variants for binding to ABRAXAS1 and CtIP (unfortunately, we could not include BRIP1 for technical reasons). This resulted in new knowledge on how these proteins interact and enabled us to develop mutations affecting single interactions.
