I know without a shadow of a doubt that sugar is making my chronic pain worse, but it’s the only crutch that I have in my life. I know I need to drastically reduce my consumption of it but it really feels impossible.

I had to look up what those are and omg I definitely wouldn’t be able to resist them. I love peppermint and chocolate 🤤
