Argument: If Visa can revoke an otherwise legitimate charge just based on their own judgment, then that makes them liable for anything anyone buys with them. If someone buys booze with a Visa and they get drunk on it, drive drunk and hit someone, Visa is liable for that.

Apparently, this commenter lost access to their Steam game because Visa reversed the payment.
Visa treated this person poorly too.
