Wouldn't it also make more sense to make the user who entered the prompt fully accountable for generating the prompt instead of blaming the ai itself? I feel we're not giving any attention to the people who made the prompts and they're getting away with it.

The Shapes AI bots did this stuff and they ended up getting eliminated off discord. An example discord takes this subject seriously. Discord is very strict on what AI is allowed to do. The AI is not allowed to train without the user knowing the AI does that.
