I made a #videogame style mockup in #blender to test an Idea I had for a #bug I might continue the story at some point. Experimenting with #2D #art in #3D software has been fun and a nice way to prototype #gamedev stuff.

Experimenting with 2D shapes in #3D software to make a character. I made this in #blender using exclusively 2D planes and this is what I came up with. A little cosmic void shadow #monster. Thinking about doing this as a way to explore #characterdesign and prototype some other #art for #videogames

Adobe canceled Animate. I've never liked Adobe products. Blender is free and has remained free for the past almost 30 years, with constant fixes, updates, and upgrades.
I know it may be a learning curve, but you won't have to worry about some corpo using your money to fund stupid soulless stuff.
