this is my favorite part of kitchen witchery - setting intention and using the steps of baking/cooking as a meditation of those intentions. it brings a feeling of gratitude and peace that I rarely find elsewhere.

also, I'm going to tackle a yeasted bread this year & overcome my intimidation of it.

And yet, we miss this when they get older. 😁

My son & his partner are making dinner here tonight and it's so fun to see them be a domestic couple together. They're moving in together in a few months so I am trying to appreciate this while I can. 💜
