I voted to remain, but I have heard arguments from those who voted for Lexit that do make sense. I think the EU is deeply flawed, but on balance, as we've seen, we were better in than out, especially under the Tories and, god help us, Reform if they do get into power.

The Lib Dems have actually dropped in the polls over all, coming a few points behind the Greens. I suppose most of their support is focused on the south west of the country, as you say. IMO the only way to avoid a Reform gov't is for Labour to change direction under a new leader.

Our Labour gov't are lowering the voting age to 16 before the next election in 2029. If they vote, that'll help, but it's not looking good right now. The turquoise is the far right. If there were an election here tomorrow, it would be a landslide victory for them. Scary times!
