Is it THAT far-fetched that someone... still recovering from the pain & trauma from cancer...would find it hurtful and demeaning that her "Friend" drenched her in water just because she is sharing her opinion.....? And in front of a lot of other people and on national tv??
Is it THAT far-fetched that this would be hurtful to someone? Like WTF. That hurt does not need to be related to any past racialised experiences, anyone of any race could feel demeaned by that. And Guerdy has to be a lot because she is a self-made hustler. The other women married rich, they can sit back & relax in their designer handbag closets. When you're from an immigrant family and you are your financial safety net, yes you will be A LOT. Black women can't win. If we come from money & chill like Candiace on RHOP then we are spoiled & entitled, if we don't have jobs then we are lazy & lack class, if we hustle, work hard & put ourselves out there then we are "too much".
