This was a hit with gluten-free friends. They thought it exotic, and its Venetian history made us look much more sophisticated than we are. Gluten-eaters scarfed it too. Thank you.

Many things. Typewriter mode. The cork board mode. The binder. Snapshots (of previous drafts that you can roll back to). Ability to set up the document the way you want it. Labeling. There's definitely a learning curve though.
