Importantly, the Louisiana-slash-ADF lawsuit doesn't seek to pull mifepristone from the market but rather to end telemedicine prescriptions.
Both suits argue allowing abortion pills to be mailed violates the federal Comstock Act of 1873, a zombie law.

The AGs of Texas and Florida—and later Louisiana—tried to intervene in a case filed with Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk this summer, but Judge K transferred it to another state (Missouri). Louisiana refiled in LA; Texas has now refiled in TX
