Ich musste ein Journal als Studentin in den USA führen. Einfach meine Gedanken notieren. War total anstrengend, weil ungewohnt, aber war gut zum Reflektieren. War eher im Stream of consciousness, nicht im Sinne des „Ergebnissprotokolls“. Learning as you read, think and write.
