Every shift I seem to spend a good chunk of time dealing with problems that have just been unnoticed or ignored by other staff lmao

Gawd it’s so depressing to see a significant number of healthcare professionals in all different job roles being so negligent and half-assed with patients. I see unresolved stuff like this all the time and mostly just fixate on it until it’s sorted out properly

What service are you with? I’d never recommend NHS standard pathway for ADHD treatment and under the Right to Choose scheme there are a bunch of clinics you can be referred to with far lower wait times
