At this point, I really hope Cal is having ACC buyer's remorse and regrets not going to the Big 12. Clearly would have been the right football call (Cal historically recruits heavily in Texas) & men's bball (see, e.g., new Players Era deal) & they actually would have been wanted by their conference

When you talk about the Cal-Stanford big game, I always go back to that time about a decade ago when the axe committees were doing the face-to-face and the Stanford faculty advisor was screaming and pointing at the Cal students, while all the students on both sides stared honorably. So classy.

On Grok on Musk: The chat about how great Musk is is pretty absurd. But it took me no effort to get Grok to agree Musk is a bigot (using that word about his transphobia) and that doge was unplanned and incompetent (using both of those words) and that it took down critical services.
