There is also the Destiny Summons in Anniversary where you choose one Servant from each class for a chance to get that Servant. Like you have a 1/9 (Main 7 + 2 Extra Classes) chance to get Draco from Destiny Summons

If you skim through the JP banners again, anything with Anniversary or New Years have GSSR banners that are divided in specific ways. Like this year for NA it was by NP type and gender.

If you fail and want to splurge some money. The anniversary happening in summer has a paid gacha with a better chance of getting him. Otherwise look at the upcoming JP banners for the next two years to save for him then.

I think if the translation is working and my knowledge is correct. You can look at the AO3 Site Status through this profile. Currently it is something to do with Cloudflare that is affecting all Archive, AO3 and related sites
