Ran an awesome session of @hellomcdm.bsky.social's #drawsteel today, got to try some of the new terrain I made but unfortunately @trashmobminis.bsky.social had 5 ferocity to spend on Wrecking Ball so one piece didn't last very long...

I'm making a homebrew Rook class for @hellomcdm.bsky.social's Draw Steel, a tanky psionicist.

Kitbashed together these minis for the Martyr and Juggernaut subclasses from some excellent models by Lord of the Print and thought:

"Hey, primed black and white they kind of look like chess pieces!"😂
Two primed miniatures of heavily armored figures bearing large shields. One is primed white with a pointed helm, an open book in one hand, and candles on their pauldrons. The other is primed black with a more dynamic pose, holding the shield out with their other hand in a fist. Both miniatures were digitally kitbashed together from files purchased from Lord of the Print on myminifactory.
