The Catallus Twins have the brother and sister dynamic, and the Gorvos’ tbf. Heara and Kal too technically.
You kind of have sisters in Athera I suppose? The Merdena daughters have at least two profiles (Vespa, Margo, technically Alyce)

Sanctioned on a few worlds tbf, the issue is that they’re so badly treated they tend to be driven by the imperium into the arms of chaos.
