This is 57~ Wednesday I was treated to dinner at the Palace Hotel. Thursday was a facial and lunch in Omotesandō.
Friday was spent at home. Saturday was Jimbocho to shop for stationery and books. Today, I made a yummy kabosu pie.

A quick trip to Niigata to see Uno Shoma's Ice Brave skating show. He and former coach Lamiel together were fantastic, and his ice dancing with girlfriend Honda Marin was so beautiful. He announced Ice Brave 2, and I'm so there for it!

Godzilla and a plate of inappropriate carbs, including sourdough focaccia, seeded sourdough, cardamon buns and carrot cake. The first two are from Brød, the second two from Truffle Bakery, both best Hiro-o station. The seeded bread is Odin, Thorson. 🤣

Today, I headed to the Yayoi Yumeji museum for the 60th anniversary of Aoike Yasuko's career. I was tickled pink to see so so many originals.

Not something you expect to find in a back alley in Tokyo. I thought the Americans by the tree who said "snake!" were joshing their sons. I walked by, looked over and realized I was about a meter from a snake. The first I've seen in Japan. He withdrew into the tree before I could get a good Pic.

I had another happy stationery shopping spree, this time at mt lab. mt stands for "masking tape," and mt lab is Japan's premier washi tape maker. The boutique is tiny, but deadly. I'm not allowed to shop any more. 😅 #mtlab #washitape
