Great Divide by Noah Kahan got me to pull out my guitar this morning and I'm reminded of how much I loved learning and playing.
I feel like I didn't have a single moment to myself the past few years. Always worrying, always stuck chasing others happiness. I think somewhere in it all I lost myself.

Looked at myself in the mirror today and genuinely felt so happy with my progress, I need to keep doing more but I've lost so much weight, I need to start lifting weights more often in my schedule so I can fill out better but god 😭
