First half of a simpsons-based meme from reddit (r/simpsonsshitposting) where a seemingly Latino/Hispanic man, representing the continental United States, stands before a flaming car wreck, representing the US Capitol building (and American democracy). Both the Capitol building and the man are on fire. The man is entirely unbothered, fists on his hips, as the top half of his body is engulfed in flames. The "catch" meme with the helldivers 2 (an anti-fascist video game... or a "pro-fascist" video game in the eyes of homophobic 4chaners) strategem combination (up right down down down) likely refers to catching a "strategem ball," which calls down a "500kg bomb" from an Eagle (jet) onto its location.
