Looking up pictures or drawings could help with getting more fuel for ideas you aren't interested in. I find that you should start out drawing for others rarely and slowly do it more when you become more comfortable with it

One way to do this might be drawing for yourself. At least, it works for me. I'm with you on having trouble making things sometimes though

Andrew and Alan retired iirc, Tom Yasumi just left the show. Their work on Seasons 11 and 12 was gorgeous

I do wish the show could have strong animation direction again. Tom, Andrew and Alan are sorely missed
