Yes, increase in resting HR first thing and / or an increase of baseline HR during the day is a good indicator that I may be exerting beyond my personal limit.
HRV appears to be a bit less reliable, although it does seem to pick up infection before I feel it.

Yes, finding the foods that you react to is the key. For me it's the additives in processed food, caffeine, anything fermented, and a lot of fruit. But worst of all, chocolate 😢

Yes I have a fibromyalgia diagnosis too. My MCAS diagnosis was as a result of repeated UTI's. A low histamine diet and Loratadine & Ketotifen have helped a lot.

There is a short opportunity at the end of the board meeting for members of the public to comment on items on the agenda. However you do need some stamina as the meetings are usually about 3 hours long.

Did you have any problems with Famotidine inducing increased fatigue? I have severe M.E. and have tolerated Loratadine well, but struggle with Famotidine.

Thanks for this thread. Can I just point out that for people with visual perception difficulties (including some with #MECFS ), a para with highlighted text is difficult to process. All I can see is the highlighted words, as if they were in bold font point 20.
