Try Victoria BC. It gets a little colder than 50 in the winter but I didn't wear a winter coat very often, and summers are moderate. Also, no bugs - no screens, kept our french doors wide open to our fenced back yard. We put in natural gas fireplaces on our two levels, rarely used the oil furnace.

Lol, he'll have a smaller space for rent, that's all! Unless he gives up a kidney or something, lol!

Gallbladders are overrated. I don't miss either my appendix or my gall bladder, or my right ovary for that matter - though I did wonder if I could stick a 'space for rent' sign over my right hip.

You're implying the woman the right called an ape, and trans, and lord knows what else, would psss the hurdles? The"right woman" can't exist in a world outside of that fantasy.

My FIL liked to surprise us. Sometimes racist, sometimes sweet and deferential, sometimes a disgusting lech. Odds were never in our favour, for sure.

Hope this helps!

When you wake up, pass the knowledge along? I'm still up (for different reasons, but...)

My first year at uni I thought I'd save money by making Xmas presents. 8 years later I finished the first one I'd started, but it had very twisty metallic thread that would frustrate me so much I'd work onbit for a day or two, then leave it for months.
Yes I kept it.
Looks nice.
Never again.

They do tend to take their rightful place to remind you that they are best possible present you could ever have under the tree; it's a total coincidence that it's also the best place to plot shenanigans from.
