So there's the actual answer: it's a Hyundai problem. I have a family member with the same issue, and the last time I visited the dealership someone was talking to me and mentioned bringing their car in for an oil consumption test. There was a class action suit over this, but it got dismissed.

@dtupper.com I got the answer your managers want. Fire would 100% pay more money to keep their privacy. Even if you have to keep the liveness check. Just don't take their address. The ISO standard allows for selective providing of information. Add mDL support.
