In the end, his base only cares that he owns the libs. Whatever that costs them is apparently worth it, until it isn't. But they always find a way to point to the Democrats when things go poorly because apparently "Trump Was Right About Everything."

So I'm just guessing that Trump did not personally sign all 1600 pardons for the Jan 6 participants. Are THOSE pardons included?

Sorry everyone, I don't know what I was thinking. Not enough coffee. Personal responsibility went OUT the window when Trump came on the scene. This all started with excusing Trump with "this is locker room talk."

Even it it WAS actual kids, since when is "kids being kids" a valid excuse? This coming from the party who drone endlessly about "kids these days." Unless it is "kids" that support their ideology. Then they just ruffle their hair and laugh at the "little scamps."

Didn't something similar happen in Texas a while back, where elected officials refused to come to work, and didn't the Republicans absolutely LOSE their MINDS? I guess it's acceptable in THIS case because "Moses" Mike Johnson says it is.
